Homemade Sour Cherry Ice-cream Recipe

DEILCIUOS SOUR CHERRY ICE CREAM

This delightful treat is guaranteed to bring joy to everyone gathered.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer with a whisk attachment to whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks (approximately 3-4 minutes). Be careful not to over-whip.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula until it’s smooth and airy.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour one-third of the ice cream mixture into the pan.
  • Drop spoonful’s of the Sour Cherry Fruit Spread onto the ice cream layer and sprinkle generously with the crushed waffle cone pieces. Swirl lightly for a marbled effect.
  • Repeat the layering process, alternating ice cream mixture, fruit spread, and waffle cone crumbles, ending with a swirl of fruit spread and cone crumbles on top.
  • Freeze the prepared ice cream for at least 8 hours until it’s fully set. Once frozen, scoop and serve this delightful homemade treat!
